Ingredients
- ¼ cup (67g) Selati White Sugar
- ¼ white vinegar
- ¼ white vinegar
- 1 tbsp whole spice or herbs, of choice
Method
- In a small saucepan, add the Selati White Sugar, vinegar, and ¼ cup of water and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring to ensure the sugar has dissolved.
- Add the sliced vegetable of choice to a heatproof glass jar. Pour the hot pickling liquid into the jar and add the spice or herb of choice.
