Mocktail Syrup Coffee and Muscovado
Ingredients
- 250 ml Water
- 250 ml Selati Muscovado Sugar
- 2 Tbs Coffee granules
Method
- Place all the Ingredients in a saucepan and allow to dissolve.
- Reduce on medium heat until the consistency turns into a syrup that can coat a spoon with a light glaze and not run off.
- Great trip is to run your finger over the glaze and if it remains separated... its ready.
