Ingredients
1 cup dried goji berries
4 Ceylon tea bags
4 cups boiling water
2 Tbs Acai Powder
Selati sweetener or sugar to taste
2 naartjies, sliced
Ice
500ml Sparkling water, chilled
Instructions
Combine goji berries, tea bags and boiling water, then leave to steep until room temperature (about 30 minutes).
Remove tea bags then pour into a jug.
Stir in Acai powder and sweetener/sugar until dissolved.
Add naartjie slices and ice then top with sparkling water.
Stir one last time before serving in tall, chilled glasses.
