• 2 beetroots, peeled and quartered
• 2 apples, peeled, cored and quartered
• 2 thumb-sized pieces fresh ginger, peeled
• 6 carrots, peeled and chopped
• ½ cup apple juice
Selati sweetener or Selati sugar, to taste
Ice, to serve
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, adding enough apple juice to make a smooth, pourable juice.
2. Strain the juice through a sieve, pressing the pulp to get all the juice out.
3. Serve with ice.
