Ingredients
• 1 banana, sliced and frozen
• ½ avocado
• 2 Tbs cocoa powder
• ¼ cup plain yoghurt
• Selati Sweetener or sugar to taste
• 4 Tbs milk
Instructions
Place frozen banana, avocado flesh, cocoa powder, yoghurt and sweetener into a smoothie and blend.
Add enough milk until desired drinking consistency.
Pour into glasses and enjoy!
