Ingredients
• 1 ¼ cup instant powdered milk or coffee creamer
• ½ cup cocoa powder
• 1 ½ cup Selati icing sugar or ¾ cup Selati sweetener
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tsp corn flour
• ½ cup chocolate chips, finely chopped or ground up
• 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
1. Sift together the milk powder, coffee creamer, cocoa powder, Selati sugar or sweetener, salt, corn flour and stir in the chocolate and marshmallows.
2. To make hot chocolate, combine 3-4 heaping teaspoons of mix to a large cup of hot, hot (but not boiling) water.
3. Stir until blended and enjoy!
