Ingredients
• 60ml grapefruit juice
• 60ml pineapple juice
• 40ml blue curacao syrup
• Selati sweetener, to taste
• Crushed ice
• Lemonade, to top up
• Slice of lemon or lime, to decorate
Instructions
Mix the juices, syrup, sweetener and the ice in a cocktail shaker.
Pour the mixture into two tall glasses then gently top up with the lemonade to form two layers.
Garnish then serve.
