Ingredients
• 6 chunks watermelon
• 1 tsp rose water
• 2 tsp Selati sweetener or Selati castor snow
• squeeze of lime juice
• 50ml pomegranate juice
• Organic red and white rose petals, to garnish
Instructions
Place the watermelon chunks in a cocktail shaker and muddle/crush. Add the rest of the ingredients except the rose petals and shake to combine. Pour into martini glasses and decorate with rose petals.
