Ingredients
4-6 oranges, zested and juiced to make 1 1/2cups juice
2 tsp citric acid
¾ cup Selati sweetener, or to taste
Instructions
Combine 3 cups cold water, orange zest, juice, citric acid and sweetener in a saucepan over medium heat.
Bring to the boil and boil for 10 minutes until reduced slightly.
Pour into hot sterilized bottles and close.
Refrigerate until chilled.
To serve, use 1/3 cup cordial to ½ cup water.
