Ingredients
2 egg whites
90ml fresh lemon juice
40 ml fresh lime juice
Selati sweetener or sugar, to taste
Angostura bitters
Ice
Instructions
1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the egg white, lemon and lime juice, sweetener and a dash of bitters and shake for 10 seconds.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake again for 20 seconds.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top with 3 drops of bitters.
