• 25ml fresh lime juice
• Selati sweetener or white sugar
• 50ml grenadine
• Ice
• 500ml ginger Ale
• 4 Maraschino cherries


1. Pour the lime juice onto a saucer, and the Selati sweetener onto another saucer.
2. Dip the rim of the glass into the lime juice, then immediately into the Selati sugar or sweetener to form a sweet ring around the glass.
3. Place the ice into the glass, then top with the grenadine.
4. Top up with the ginger ale and stir with a swizzle stick.
5. Garnish with two maraschino cherries per glass before serving
